SUPREME COURT.— Bankruptcy.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 7. [Before His Honor Sir G. A. Arney, Knight, Chief Justice.] The usual weekly sitting in brtnkruptoy was held this day, and the following business disposed of: — Re J. Rbnshaw, Tripe-dbkssek. — Mr. MaeCortniok moved for an adjudication in bankruptcy upon the petition of Albert Dornwell. The petition set out that the petitioner obtained a judgment against tienehaw, in the Supreme Court, the effect of which was that Renshaw 3ought an arrangement with Ins creditors. The petitioner alleged that the procf-edinga taken by the arranging debtor were 3aluu!ated to defeat his obtaining the fruit of his judgment, and petitioned the Court that Renshaw mi^ht be made a bank-rupt.-—llis Honor granted the application.
