THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30. [Before Hie Honor Chief Justice Sir George Arnej.] The usual sitting in bankruptcy jurisdiction was held this morning, and the following business disposed of :— Kk Baoh and Sows.—This was an application oy tlie Court for the due execution of a deed of arrangement. 'Jhe case had been before the Court' on 'preVioue iittiijg day, and was adjourned for the purpose of sending notice to creditors residing out of the province. —The bankrupt's solicitor, laid sufficient time had elipsed ito hare; received anbirora to the notideV.giTeri, if there had been any imira to object to the deea of arraiiKement —lhere was no opposition, and the deed of arrangement w*i declared <o be duly executed. Re JT«MK3 Bl I—This bankrup had been examined at g-eat lengh the two preceding Court-days. He was opposed by Messrs. Bell , and Mr. Alfred Buekhtnd, also by tlio6nvjialTrust.ee, on behalf »t the body of the creditors. —Mr. S. K. Hughe* appeared for the bankrupt; Mr. Beveridge tor Mr Buckland ; Mr. He«keth for the other creditors.The bankrupt, kept no uccouritn.
