TOOKEY'S
G-eahamstowjST, 3 p.m. The Nonpareil have lodged, this morning, 273 ozs., making the total for the month 487 ozs.
The Kuranui Creek tributers have crushed 45 tons, and obtained 55 ozs.
The South Devon, Karaka, have had a trial crushing of 5 tons, and the result is 4 ozk.
Greville's messenger, sent on Monday with telegrams for the South, to catch the \ Claud Hamilton, did not arrive at Tauranga before yesterday, too late for the steamer.
Tookey's are working from the Caledonian boundary.
The Caledonian are preparing to take down,! anbtherj heavy ;lot of specimens this eVenirig. The show of gold is really splendid for about 30 feet.
