Hl3 Honor sat in banco this morning.
Mr. Thome made an application, under tho second Bub-section of the fifth section of the Law Practitioners Act, that Albert Edward Tvrrell Devore, Esq., should be enrolled as a barrister-at-law to practise in the Supreme Court.—Mr. Thorne mado a similar application on behalf of James Bannatjne Graham, Esq.—His Honor made the U3'ial order in eaoli caao, and complimented both gentlemen upon their being " called to tho Bar."
AUCKIAVD AXD FIJI COTTOX COMPANY V. Re.vxib. —111 this case there was no oppearanco for any of the parties, and the case wa» struck out of the list.
There were several other cbso3 on t.he list, viz., Thomas v. Dixon, Suuerbier v. Dilworth, Burgess v. Workman, but they were adjourned by counsel on either side. This concluded the business of the sitting.
