The following are the quotations : Blinkbonny Farm, £5i2 10s s family residence, Eden Crescent, brought £,370; allotment in Fort-street, £288 11s 61; allotments in Melbourne, £6 each ; Government lot, Ureal North Road, £5 13s ; 80 acres, at Albertland, £4 10s.
