We have to congratulate the shareholders of the N.ZS. Navigation Company, on the valuable addition to'their list of stea&ers, by the purchase of the Phccbo from Mr. Martin, of Wellington. A telegram was received this morning by the agents here, Messrs. Cruickshank, Smart & Co-, instructing them to hand over everything connected with the steamer to Messrs. Combes and P.iidy, the Auckland agents for the N k Z. 3..X. Company.
