The following is a copy of a telegram received from i\\c manager: — ' "9.17 am. " Have taken out li cwt. of Sjiecimens since yesterday morning, from specimen leader and main run. Main run is greatly improved : looking better than for some weeks past. \\fo have not cut any further in the reef at bottom level. We are driving towards Xo. 1 winze."'
