Drunk and Disorderly.—Elizabeth Gardiner, alias Annie Fitzpatrick, was fined 20s and costs for this offence, with the alternative of 48 hours' imprisonment. j Breaches ov Tag-rant Act. — Patrick Lynch, charged with making use of obscene language in Queen street, pleaded guilty. Six previous convictions were recorded against him, and he was was fined 20s and costs or thirty days' imprisonment.—Elizabeth Gardii ncr, .whose name appears abovo, pleaded guilty of being a prostitute and behaving in a riotous manner in Queen-street, and was ordered to be sent to gaol for thirty days.
