[Before His Worship tho Mayor.] Drunkenness.—One person forfeited his bail, one was fined five shillings and costs, and one was sentenced to pay 10a and cost's, or be imprisoned forty-eight hours. Dar/Nic and Disorderly.—Ellis Jones, an old offender, was fined 20s and costs, with i the alternative of forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Habitual Drunkenness.—William Swansou, against whom many previous convictions had been recorded, was sontenced to thirty (fays' imprisonment with hard labor.
