WOLFE'S SCHNAPPS.
To the Editor of the Ktbnikg Stlß.
Sib,—^An advertisement appeared in your columns on of the 12th inst., signed "L. D. Nathan & C 0.," as sub-agents, Btating that any Wolte'i Schnappa not imported bj them may be considered counterfeit, and ah imposition on the public. As sudh an assertion not only impugns our fair dealings but is calculated to materially affect our interest as the first, and for a long time sole importers of this spirit, we- hasten, to give it the most unqualified contradiction. We have for many years received, not from any Sydney Agent, but direct from Mr. TJdolpho Wolfe, the patentee, regular shipments of this article, and, as will be seen by our advertisement, have still a large stock on hand for the supply of our customers. As Messrs. L. B. Nathan .'& Co. must have been perfectly awave of these facts, vre canuot but look upon llieir advertisement as an unwarrantable and most unjustifiable attompt to injure us and mislead the public—We are, &<!., . , BtroHOiz & Co., Fort-streeti
