THEATRE ROYAL.
A VEET pleasing entertainment was giren on Saturday evening at thia theatre, by a number of amateurs, in aid of the Staff Corps Band. The first part consisted of instrumental and Tocal music by tlio members of tlie band, which was exceedingly well performed -, and t'ne subsequent proceedings wera by the members o: a loeu) amateur dramatic company, who performed the farce of "A Martyr to Science " in excellent stylo.
