' Evening Stab Office, Thursday afternoon. Mr. R. Arthur held a sale of fruit, &c, ex s.s. Hero, to-day^ at hisi mart.-' There was tin excellent attendance, and the following were the prices realised^:-—Oranges, &s'to Qi 6d per case; mandarins, ils 6d ; navel oranges, 12s 6d to 13s 6d ; applea, 2£d per lb.; Pine apples, as 2d to 5s 4d per dozen ; potatoes, £5 6s 6d to £5 13s per ton ; onions, 2^d to 2£d perlb; maize, 4s £d to 4s ljd per bushel.
