The pavilion is being erected, and the firit performance under the new arrangements will be given to-morrow evening, if the weather be propitious. We trust the Company will meet with better success than attended their last efforts to entertain the public, which resulted unfortunately in so much less, by reaaon of the unprecedentedly stormy weather;
