GEE AT WORLD CIRCUS.
Mb. iVtujißay has eucceeded ih obtaining from the Provincial Government permission to reocjeupy,; for., a short time, the piece of ground on which his,circu3 pavilion : was erected. .It was felt that the success of the company, in a financial point of view had been lessened by the extraordinarily; tempestuous weather, which, on many occasions prevented the doors being opened ; and considering also, that in spite of' this,' they had contributed tneir services in' aid'; of the support of the charitable institutions iof the city, "the authorities .considered it V-iily jusfc to' allow them to retake possession of'the' ground,-and endeavour to makeup* some of their losses. The pavilion is accordingly' now in course of erection, and, in all probability, will be opened on Saturday next." *',n *
