Having leased the whole of the commodious premises known as the EXCHANGE AUCTIONMART, which, from its central position in Queen-street, offers to vendors of Household Furniture and other Merchandise requiring a large space to display them every facility for their disposal, either by public auction or private sale. In addition to the usual auctioneering business, free goods can be stored at moderate rates, for which insurance can be effected. SALES by AUCTION for the future will be held every TUESDAY, THURSDAY, and SATURDAY. All kinds of goods received and catalogued on the days previous. Special arrangements can be .made, satisfactory to j vendors, for the raanagesient of out-door Sales of G-eneral Merchandise, Furniture, &0., &c. Prompt payment, of accounts, sales with moderate charges, and vendors can depend on the market value being obtaine<l for 00-\e consigned for sale at auction or otherwise .
