Messsa. B. Tonks and Co. held a sale o. American goods, ex East Lothian, at their mart to-day. The following are the prices realised :—Collins' axes, 72s ; ditto, picks, 50s ; pie!< handles, 12s 6.1 ; kerosine hand lamps, 16s 6d ; ditto, table, 24s to 48s ; atmospheric lamps, 13s to 16s each; gas globes, 28s per dozen ; American finishing nails, 15s per keg ; oyßtere (in tins), 6s per dozen j dried apples, 6d per lb.
