ATe axcat, the Judge endorsed the writ for only £40, which Mr. ijaukey immediately paid.—A meetiug has been held in favour of legalising the eight hours' labour system. — James Wright, commission agent, has been committed for trial.—The Ministerial trip in tho steamers Cerberus and Nelson is "expected to, be a great affair. H.M.S.S.
