September 20. —Judge Chapman his delivered judgment in tho case' Oopk v. Proud in favour of Port Railway.—A meeting was held ut Oamaru, at which resolution! were passod censuring the Provincial Government for their failure in fulfilling the promised Dock Trust. A petition to the Government was adopted. •'- ■
