Evening Stae Office, Monday afternoon. Messrs. Samuel Cochrane and Son held a Bale of allotments at Mount St. Mary (by order of tho Registrar of the Supreme Court), at their mart to-day. There was a good attendance. Lot 86, having 33 feet frontage to Edinburgh-street, brought 6s 6d per foot; lot 113, 33 ft frontage to Edinburgh-street, 9s 61 per foot; lof. 120, 33 feet to London-Bbtc-tit', 9* |>..-r foot; lot 126, 33 feet frontage to London-street, 6.< per foot; lot 139, 33 feet frontage to St. Mary's Road, 63 fid per foot ; lots 156 and 157, 66 feet frontage to Londonstr«et, 103 6d per foot.
