AMUSEMENTS.
Pbince of Wales Theatbe.—There was a moderate attendance at this house yesterday evening, and " The Felon's Bond" w;is reproduced with considerable success. Alter this, Miss Allnutte danced several times with much grace, and an excellent evening's amusement was concluded by an entertainment by the Star Polygraphic Company. This evening Byron's drama, " JJearer than Life" will be the principal performance. G-heat Would Circus.—This Company appeared again last ni^ht, and the pavilion was well filled. Performances of '.he usual kind were gone tb.rou.4U successfully. This evening will bo the last occasion on which the company will appear in Auckland, and the entertainment will be for the benefit of Mr. Murray, who well deserves to meet a crowded audience. Music Hall.—The magnificent oratorio of " St. Paul" was repeated last night by the Choral Society in a liighly proficient and effective manner. The instrumentation was especially good, and the choruses well rendered. The attend- ' anoe was very good, and spirit was thus infused into the musicians.
