AN INTERVIEW WITH DOLLINGER. -COURT MARTIAL ON COMMUNISTS.

New York, August 7.—The World publishes a Munioh letter of July 22nd, conaining an interview with Dollinger. He taid : " Tell the Americans I am a Catholic still, and hope to die a Catholic.
