Jamibson v. MiiEruY.—Claim £7 17s. 6d. —The defendant in this case had not complied with the ordor of tho Court. —Mr. Thorno for tho plaintiff.—Judgment for plaintiff.

Cakev v. McDoooal.—ln this case the defendant took objection to tho summons in that it was made out in a wrong name. As the defendant was not in attendance, he was compelled to answer tho declaration. The defendant admitted tho debt, and confessed judgment.—Ordered to pay the amount in two instalments.
