Considerable dissatisfaction was expressed at the action of the liquidators.— Mr. Lusk said that those persons who threw obstacles in the way of winding-up the company were tho defaulting shareholders.— Ultimately, after a long and acrimonious discussion, the report was adopted.—-The liquidators were authorised to see what was the least amount the various creditors would take, and make a call accordingly.
