KAIPARA RAILWAY.
The great event of " cutting the first sod" of the Kaipara railway will take place to-morrow. The Deputy-Superintendent, the Executive, and a large number of invited friends proceed from the Queen street Wharf at 9 a.m. for Riverhead, in the Lady Bowen, and we understand that theGenini leaves at the same hour for the same place. We have no doubt the important event wiU be celebrated with all tho honors.
