Dktink and DisoßDEiiLY.—John Finlay, pleaded guilty of tho above ofFence, and: was fiued twenty shillings and costs. ' ■
I Assault. —The same prisoner was charged with, assaulting James Benstead, by. striking him on the face with his cleuchod fist.' j He said he remembered nothing about it, and was fined twenty shillings and costs. io.'l •
