"Wellington, on Monday, 28th inst., at 5 p.m. For Wangarei Heads, etc., per Duke of Edinburgh, on Monday, 28th instant, at 4 p.m. For Chatham Islands, per llifleman, on Monday, 28th instant, at 9a.m. Mails for ths undermentioned places per s.s. Lord Ashley, will close at this oflice on Wednesday, 30th instant, as under:— For India, China, Mauritius, Mediterranean Ports, and Continent of Europe, at 10 a.m. For Australian Colonies, at IX a.m. For United Kingdom via Suez and Southampton for letters specially so addressed}, at 11 a.m. For United Kingdom via Brindisi at 11.30 a.m For money orders, registered letters, and newspapers, at 0 a.m. . Late letters for Sydney, Melbourne, and United King'i^ m' pa Southampton, bearing an additional fee ot 3d and Gd respectively, will bo received at tnis oilice
