PRINCE OF WALES THEATRE.
This theatre was again well patronised last night, the dress-circle being, in particular, well filled. The much applauded and much-abused play of " Formosa" was produced once more, with success equal to what it had gained on its former representations ; and Miss Colville as the heroine, and Mr. lloskings as Major Jorum, added to iho laurels already achieved by them during their stay in Auckland. To-morrow it, is proposed to repeat the "School for Scandal," and on Saturday, Boucicault's sensational play of the " Octoroon" will bo performed, with the fifth act, as performed in London, being, as we ai-e told : highly sensational. An objection being raised iv London to the ending of the picoe by the death, of the Octoroon, the pivsont fifth act was introduced, and was very successful.
