Breach of Impounding Act.—John Southgate whs lined ten shillings and costs for allowing a horse to wander on tha Purnell Road.
Assault.—A enso of assault preferred by U. C. (Joglan against K. (Saudoll, was withdrawn by consent of tho solicitors on both sides, lii a charge of assault made by Emiiy llowley against Eliza Price complainant laileu to appear, and the case was dismissed.
