The Caledonian have taken out one ton oF specimens, 5 cvvt. of which are from the Otago run. There is a great improvement in the reef towards the Otago, and another large lot may be expected up this afternoon.
The Central Italy have excellen prospects, and have succeeded in keep ing the water under.
The Little Ac gel (next to the Shooting Star) have crushed 100 lbs. stone, with a yield of 18^ ounces.
