Holdship and Co.; 1 parcel, Mrs. Earaes; 8 bales flax, Bucholz and Co. ; 24 empty cases, Bank of New Zealand; G packages effects, 1 case plants, 1 pump, 5 bales bags, Henderson and Co.; 10 tons old iron, Winter. —Henderson and Macfarlaifo, agents. The Mercury brings a cargo of 23,000 feet timber. The schooner Lcetitia cleared at the Customs this afternoon, for Napier via Mercury Bay, with 30,000 feet timber. The barque Alice Cameron will take her departure lor Sydney this afternoon. Passengers—Mr. H. C. Young, Mrs. Stevens and infant,' Miss Stevens, Mr. W. Bennett, Capt. Norria, Messrs. William Elder, William Simpson, James Adams, and Walter Dickson. The schooner Xtetitia from Hol.iunga, brings .a cargo of 266 bagn kauri gum, 3 cases wine, for Must and Co. The s.s. St. Kilda will leave the Manukau for Wanganui, to-morrow. The mail steamer Nevade may be expected to-morrow. The s.s. Phoebe is dv ■in tho Manukau on Eriday next. The barque East Lothian, from Sydney, uTxired oil' the Worth Head yesterday afternoon, after a fair passage of 9£ days. Captain Klein, to whom we are indebted for late Australian papers, reports having left Sydney on Three Kings on Saturday last, experienced northerly winds; t.hemfe, down the coast, W. and S.W. winds.
