.During evening service at St. Mary's Ohuroh, Parnell, yesterday, at which were present the Right Rev. Dr. Cowie, Bishop of Auckland, the Very Rev. Archdeacon Maunsell, D.D., andj the Rev. Mr. Burrowes, Mr. Edward Cecil Hullett was handed a license to enablo him to act as a Scripture reader.
