He declares that the vessel; of State has been safely steered through" the breakers; that ; she has got a good ''offing, j favoring breeze, sunshine overhead, and a multitude of other most gorgeous advantages. He is absolutely lost in the blaze of glory. The whole of the Auckland members are sitting close m behind the ministerial benches, and evince the utmost enthusiasm.
