The s.s. St. Kilda, Capt. Flowerday, left Wanganui on the 29th inst., at 6 p.m. Crossed the Manukau Bar on the 31st, at 7 a.m., arriving, at Onehunga at 9 a.m. Light •westerly winds throughout the trip. Passengeks :—The Gourlay Family, Mrs. McSweeny, Messrs, Samuels, Neil, Owen, Wood, Taylor, Master Watts, and two in the steerage.

We are indebted to Mr. Wheeler for files of Southern papers. The s.s. Lord Ashley, Captain Andrew, arrived in harbour this morning, at an early hour, from the South. Passengers—Saloon : Mr. Potts, Mr. Lynch, Mias Waterford, Mrs. James, Mrs. Jordan and infant, Miss Eoberts, Mias Clare, Mr. "Butt, Mr. Samuels, Mr. Turner, Dr. Graham, Mr. Cook, Mr. Morrison, Mr. Cowan, and 13 in the steerage.
