July 10. — The directors of the Tali Diomeu's Laud Bank have declared a dividend at the rate of 10 pi-r cent, per annum. July 11.—The Govermrent find they cannot effect the proposed alienation of the mill tnry barrack oitc without the authority of the British Parliament.—The agricultural statistics show nn estimated surplus for the jxar of 328,130 bushels of wheat. There are under cultivation 3000 ucres less than last year.— Wheat is quoted nt 63; flour, £L 4 per ton. The 4 Ib. lo;»f is at 7d ; potatoes are nlmost a drug in tho market at £'i 10s.
