Mails will close as under :— For Thames,^ this day, at 4.30 and 5.30 p.m., and tomorrow, at 10.30 a.m., and 4 p.m. For Mahurangi, Warkworth, etc., per Lady Bowen,
to-morrow, at 10 a.m. For Kawa-.v, per Tar, to-morrow at 11 a.m. • • For Napim- and Southern provinces, per Nebraska, to-morrow, at. 3.30 p.m. Late letters and telegram., for transmission from the Napier station will be received at this office till 4 p.m., and by Mail Agent on board up to time of sailing. For Wangarei Heads, __c., per Duke of Edinburgh, on Monday, 24th inst., at 11 a ai. For Kapanga, etc., per Lalla Rookh, on Monday, 24th inst., at 11.30 a.m.
Note. Post-offices 'at Warkworth and Opotiki, are now Money Order and Saving Bank offices. A. 'Post-office has been opened at Ded wood. Mails leave chief office at 9 a.m., and arrive] at 3 p.m., C ll y7 S. B. Biss, Chief Postmaster..
