ALBURNIA GOLD MINING COMPANY.
A genebal meeting of the shareholders of the Alburnia G.ld Mining Companywas held this afternoon at the Mechanics' Institute ; Mr. Thos, Itussejl in the chair. After considerable discussion, the motion was carried to increase the capital of the company by the issue of 300 ,£lO shares ; 200 to bo given to the owners of the Ballarat Star and Clyde claims ; the remainder to be sold for the benefit of the shareholders,
