DEUNKKNNKS3. J. Watson, P. Gough, and A. Graham, were nach fined 10s. and costs, or to be imprisoned -18 hours, with hard labour.
Impounding Act.—P. McArthur, for allowing four pigs to escape from his pighouso, when oxecuting repairs on that building, was mulcted in half-a-crown and costs.
Municipal Poeice Act.—George MoCaslin, for a breach of the 31st clause of this Act, in acting as driver to two carts at tho same time, was fined 403. and costs ; and F. Gallagher, for a breach of the 30th clause of tho same Act, was fined in a similar amount.
Receiving Stolen Property.—o. Hughes on remand, charged with being the receiver of stolen goods, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour.
A n Apprentice. —T. H. Mulvany was char^od with having loft his apprenticeship under J. Camp. There was no appearance of complainant, and the youth was dischargad on condition of going back to his master.
