Drunkards.—Charles Barrens, Eichard Sarcefield, and John Johnson were each finod 10s and costs for this offence. Samuel Butcher, John Ellis, James Murrony, Elizabeth Lynch, and Euima Stehson were Sued 20s and costs.
Threatening) Language. — Rebecca Colbert was charged with assaulting Anne Bradfield, and was ordered to find two sureties of £5 each to keep the peace for three months.
Assault.—Catherine Smith was fined 20s aud costs, or ordered to be imprisoned for seven days for assaultiug Catherine Keats. ,:. Municipal Police Act.—VVm. Brownhill, John Hill, Win. Foley, and James Corley, were each fined IDs. and costs for a breach of the above Act. ■
Impounding Act.—Jane Wilson was fined ss. for a breach of the above Act.
Lakoisy. —Christopher Higgins was sentenced to three months1 imprisonment for stealing geese from Bernard Longbottoiu, Symonds-street. Charles Uughes, charged with receiving tho same, was remanded till to-morrow.
