The Treasurer, Mr. Berry, addressed his constituents last night. He said he had induced the banks to give four per cent, interest on the £1,200,000 now in their hands. The schooner Hector is,ashore at Queenscliff, and is likely to become -a total wreck. The crew have left her.—The markets are nominal; breadstuff* are lower; sugars are more active.
