Thert were-no arrivals to-day. The s.s. Napier is expected this evening from Napier and East Coast. Tha S.i. Lord Ashley, expected from Southern ports on Thursday, and is announced to leave again on Friday. H. M. S. Yiragohas arrived fro* Auckland, after a rather lengthy passage of 16 days, which hat been made principally under canvas. The weather experienced on the trip baa been generally from the W. and S.W., Mewing heavily. The Tirago, after refitting proceeds to England, the relieving ship Basilisk beiag now in Melbourne. The following is a list of the officers of H.M.S. Basilisk, paddle sloop, 6 guns, and 400 horsepower, expected daily from Melbourne: — Captain John Moresby j lieutenants, Q. M. .Latigblin, F.
