The object of the Company is to purchase shares in dividend-paying companies, or in claims immediately adjoining such in the Province of Auckland. This the projectors propose to do by mutual cooperation, in subscribing weekly payments of Five or Ten Shillinga'per Share of £10 or £20. All dividends ccruing from purchase of shares to go towards paying up the balance on the share until tho .620 he fully paid up, when'dividends will be declared and paid to the shareholders. It is confidently estimated that by this mode of cooperation every shareholder will be benefited to the amount of nearly half his share', besides the great advantage of holding shares in-claims which may suddenly rise to great value by (lie rich reefs of gold now discovered in tho Caledonian mine being traced and struck in one or more of the adjoining claims.
