The object of the Company is to purchase shares in dividead-paying companies, or in claims immediately adjoining such in the Province of Auckland. This the projectors propose to do by mutual cooperation, in subscribing weekly payments of Five or Ten Shil'-'ngs per Share of £10 or £-.20. All dividends acruing from purchase of shares to go tnwards paying up the balance on the share until the £20 be fully paid up, when dividends will be declared and paid to the shareholders. It is confidently estimated '.hat by this mode of cooperation ev«ry shareholder will be benefited to the amount of nearly half his share, besides the great advantage of holding shares in claims which may suddenly rise to great value by the rich reefs of gold now discovered in the Caledonian mine being traced and struck in one or more of the adjoining.claims. It is proposed to pay One Pound on each share on starting tho Company, and the weekly subscriptions to commence as may lie decided on by Subscribers, at a meeting to be held immediately the share list Is suftclently subscribed to.
