Price, for using profane language, was fined 10s. - .„,-.' Laeceny.—H. Moore, charged with lfc. ceny to the value of 10s., was remanded till Monday. . 1 Impocndino Act—J. Manning, J. Auifc, and J. Bray, were severally fined 2s. 6d. h_. for allowing cattle to stray. Municipal Police Act.—J. M'Derniiitt was charged with allowing his horse to tun away.—Sergeant Walker deposed to the fad of the bolting ; and W. Moyles, for the defeice, deposed to the impossibility of preventing the occurrence, and that this was no neglel— . Case dismissed. k
