ARRIVAL OF THE NEVADA.
The magnificent steamer Nevada, Captain J. H. Ble.theD, arrived in harbour last evening, at half-pasfc 9 o'clock, bringing the English . mails, and news to May 23. We are indebted to Mr. Miller, purser, for complete files of American ami English papers, and the following report, of the.passage:—The Nevada left Honolulu on the 7th June, at 6 p.m., having transhipped the mails and passengers, from the p.s. Moses Taylor, which left San Francisco on the 24th May. Moderate weather was experienced during the greater portion of the passage, but for the past three days encountered a fearful storm, during which no observation could be obtained. '
