INQUEST.
THIS DAY
Aw inquest was held to-day, at two o'clock, at the Prince Arthur Hotel, by Dr. Philson, Coroner, and a respectable jury, on the body of Charlotte Meyrick, a resident in Nelsonstreet, who died suddenly on Monday night. As wo went to press, evidence was being taken to the effect .thai the deceased had'been at work during the day, and though she had been ailing, showed no symptoms of approaching death. Her little daughter, who slept with her, on awaking during the night, discovered that Mrs. Mejrick was dead. \VJc have no doubt that the verdict will be one of death from natural causes.. , • .... .. s -
