j June 15, 12 45 p.m.—ln the Provincial Council last night a motion to reward Mr. fuller, K.M., for his servicei in connection With the Manawatu, by land scrip instead of money grant, was carried on division by 9 to B.—The discussion on the Eoad Board Bill conies on to-night.—The Government decline to yield on the rating clause. An animated debate is expected. If division is against them the Government threaten to resign.
