DUNEDIN,
June 13, 2.4 p.m.—At 5.2 a.m. this morning Richeldt's Fancy Warehouse, Princessstreet, and Fairhold's shop and City Buffet adjoining were destroyed by fire. The Fire Brigade Bet to Tvork and immediately subdued the .fire. —Beicheldt is insured- in. the New Zealand Insurance Company for £1,500. — The stock and premises were destroyed as also the Buffet,, which was insured.— The loss 'of Allen, the proprietor, is £900.— Reicheldt is in cusfody on suspicion of arson.Tha evidence ugainst him is strong. He admits setting fire to the premises, but says it was accidental.
