Bates.—On the 9th June, on board the Kenilwort Mr. William Bates, aged 27. The funeral will leave Beetham's Corner, OHehunga, at half-past S o'clock to-day. Friends please accept this invitation.

Day.—On June 11, Mary Ann Elizabeth, daughter of Mrs. Day, Wynrtham-street, aged i years. The funeral will leave to-morrow afternoon, at 2 o'clock.

Max-well.—On the sth June, at Cambridge, Waikato, Mr. "William Maxwell, late of the 58th Regiment, aged 52 years.
