AMALGAMATION OF CLAIMS.
An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders in the Belfast Gold Mining Company was held at the office, Short-land-street, Mr. G. T. Chapman in the chair: There was about seventy shareholders present, and, after considerable discussion, it was resolved to form a company with a capital of £100,000; 10,000 shares at £10 each, The Belfasts to receive 2,800 shares; Poverty and Charleston, 2,800 ; Kellys, 1,000. The remainder of the shares to be disposed of for the benefit of the new company.
