Dhunkenjte3S.—James Keane was fined ss. and costs, or to bo imprisoned 21 hours for this offence.
Municipal Police Act.—James Ryan pleaded guilty to allowing five cows to stray on Barrack Hill, and was ordered to pay a fine of ss. and costs, or to bo imprisoned for three days with hard labour. —Paul Purchase and William Gordon, two small boys, pleaded guilty to having rung tho New Zealand Insurance Company's tire-bell, on the 41>h inst. —The Eeuch cautioned the boys and dismissed the case, costs to be paid by defendants.
